You can tune into the live Q&A to learn how Kezia nurtures new talent as part of her role, in which ways the pandemic has impacted her work and what she has learned from building great working relationships with illustrators. You can also ask your own questions in the final 10 minutes of the session.

Kezia Newson is an experienced Content Producer specialising in editorial, design and video in digital spaces. Her current role at Penguin Random House UK largely focuses on nurturing and showcasing new design and writing talent; project managing the annual Student Design Award, projects like How to Get Published and leading the D&AD partnership. She is a Graphic Design Communications graduate, and prior to publishing worked in the charity sector.
