BookMachine Creative Agency was asked to project manage the Macmillan Children’s Book stand at Bologna Book Fair 2024.
It coincided with the 25th anniversary celebrations for The Gruffalo, and so we were able to support the team with the running of this high-profile event too.
The scope of our work included:
- Overseeing all stand preparation including the artwork and stand logins, and working with the team at Spiro, who built the stand/booth
- Managing internal logistics for the Macmillan team, including the day-to-day catering during the Fair, and making sure diaries were collated
- Assisting with organisation and smooth running of the 25th anniversary event for The Gruffalo
