Snapshots II – The Launch
Wednesday night saw the launch of BookMachine’s Shapshots II, the second compilation of some of the best blogs from the BookMachine archive. This time round, the collection focuses on consumer relationships, marketing and new publishing models.
Published by Kingston University Press, authored by innovators from across the publishing industry and produced by Kingston’s Publishing MA students, Snapshots II is a truly collaborative effort.
In celebration of this, the speakers (and Snapshots contributors) discussed the theme of collaboration and how working together means working at our best. Tom Chalmers (Managing Director of IPR License), Toby Hopkins (Senior Account Manager at Getty Images) and Laura Palmer (Editorial Director and Co-founder of Head of Zeus) joined our host, Anna Faherty (Kingston Publishing MA Course Leader and Lecturer), to deliver an insightful and motivational talk.
