Job Title: Commissioning Editor, Maternity cover

Job Location: Brighton, UK

We are looking for a talented and creative Commissioning Editor to provide maternity cover and join our small, focused team in Brighton.

RotoVision publishes highly illustrated co-edition books on art, photography, craft, fashion and beauty. Visually minded, enthusiastic, well organised and commercially aware, you will be responsible for proposing and commissioning new book concepts to shape the publishing programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to continue a prolific list in a creative environment. RotoVision has high standards of quality. The ability to identify emerging trends is essential, as is an awareness of the current output of leading illustrated publishers in the UK and US.

You will need significant editorial experience with illustrated books, ideally with some commissioning experience. Proficiency with InDesign is essential and an understanding of the co-edition process would be preferred.
