Job Title: Foreign Rights Assistant

Quarto is looking for a highly organised Foreign Rights Assistant to join and support our busy and successful Foreign Rights team.

The Quarto Group is the leading global illustrated book publisher and distribution group and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Combining the might of a major and the creativity of an independent, Quarto creates more than 600 adult and children’s books a year. These books are sold by the Quarto Foreign Rights team into more than 45 countries and in more than 35 languages.

You will be responsible for providing strong and dependable support to our foreign rights managers. This will involve collaborating effectively with multiple internal departments, maintaining records meticulously, sending files and working copies, helping with trip/book fair preparation as required and answering any questions customers may have accurately and promptly.

You are a dynamic and hardworking team-player with great organisational skills, a keen desire to be helpful and an eye for detail. In addition to excellent English, German and/or French skills are highly desirable. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft office and an interest in learning new skills.

The role is based in our London office.
