Managing, inspiring and evaluating your out-of-house workforce
BookMachine have been working closely with Just Content and Redwood Publishing Recruitment on the next event – ‘Outsourcing uncovered: Managing, inspiring & evaluating your out-of-house workforce‘.
Three carefully-selected speakers, armed with ideas around how to manage the in-house/freelance working relationship will be taking to the stage. Astrid deRidder is Head of Business Development within the Education Reform division at Cambridge University Press, Anna Faherty spent 15 years working in-house before setting up her own business providing editorial services to publishers, museums and learning institutions and Kathryn Munt is Business and Publishing Lead for ELT and Schools with Integra.
This is the first BookMachine event to take place at our new home – LIBRARY– an exclusive members club in a five storey town house in the heart of Covent Garden, only a short walk from both Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. The walls are adorned with bookcases and books – a perfect spot for publishing professionals to meet!
