How leading production and operations departments successfully introduce new workflows

In this ever-changing world, publishing businesses need to be able to adapt to new ways of working. But how can publishers successfully move different departments to smarter workflows when so much is in flux? And how did major publishers react to the increase in remote working?

Introducing change whilst still hitting production deadlines and working with systems, freelancers and suppliers is a major operational challenge. Making sure a team is best prepared for the next unknown change makes that job just that little bit more difficult.

Our panel is drawn from a range of companies across trade fiction, non-fiction and professional publishing. They will share their experience of the environment they are having to navigate and provide tips on how to transform workflows with a dispersed team. They will prove that it is possible to introduce new workflows while preparing for further change.

Join us online on Wednesday 10th February from 6–7pm GMT to dive into this topic, and pick up some practical tips on how to move forward in 2021. Book now!

Talking Production this year takes place during Production Season, running from 18th January to 26th February 2021.
