We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with some degree of experience to help support the dynamic marketing and publicity team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Publicity Director, the role provides key administrative support to the division, covering a range of duties including: responding to media queries; organising press mailings; assisting with author events and signings; collating and distributing media coverage; producing promotional material; processing invoices and organising meetings. The role will also give the successful candidate the opportunity to be closely involved with publicity and marketing campaigns.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a meticulous eye for detail and an ability to interact at all levels. With a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task, the successful candidate will have a passion for books and the way publishers engage and excite readers. IT skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience of working in an office environment is essential, preferably in publishing or another creative industry.
